Modern production plants and logistics center
Bartoszyce
We combine experience with modernity. We produce our structures in a production plant located in Bartoszyce. The machinery park includes, among others: from modern profiling lines, injection molding machines, presses, CNC machines, a modern paint shop and our own galvanizing plant. The entire production process is constantly monitored, thanks to which the Bartoszyce plant produces elements, modules and devices of the highest world standard.
Gliwice Factory
Our automated production process of buffer tanks and hot water tanks at the plant in Gliwice uses the latest technologies. We use laser machines for precise steel cutting, automatic winding and welding of jackets, as well as robotic stations for welding stubs to the bottom and circumferential welding. Środa Śląska
Production plant of heating equipment. Our heat pumps are designed by the best engineers, combining many years of experience with innovative technical solutions. In this location we deal with: processing copper and stainless steel pipes; welding; soldering; assembly and testing of manufactured heating devices, including: ground heat pumps in the power range from 12 kW to 2 MW. Thanks to local production, we ensure the highest quality and control over every stage of device production, while supporting the Polish economy.
Gliwice Warehouse
The warehouse is equipped with high storage racks and modern logistics infrastructure enabling precise and efficient processes in the receipt of goods and their location, order fulfillment and goods issuance to customers.
Logistics processes are managed through a modern WMS system that enables automatic tracking and identification of goods in the warehouse, control of all warehouse operations from receipt to shipment, and precise inventory management and inventory.
The storage area for pallet spaces is 25,000 m2 and the warehouse is fully controlled by intelligent camera monitoring.
